Founder and Chairman of LeanScaper
Mark Bradley is a visionary entrepreneur and industry disruptor in the world of landscaping, renowned for his entrepreneurial vision and commitment to operational excellence. He co-founded TBG Landscape in 1999, transforming it from a modest lawn care service into a $50 million enterprise recognized among North America's Top 100 landscape contractors.
In 2009, Mark identified a gap in the market for effective business management tools tailored to landscapers, leading him to establish the Landscape Management Network (LMN). Under his leadership, LMN evolved into a trusted software platform, serving over 250,000 users globally and empowering landscape professionals with the tools necessary for business growth. In November 2024, LMN merged with SingleOps, further solidifying its position in the green industry, and allowing Mark to shift his attention to his latest venture: LeanScaper.
Continuing his mission to elevate the industry, Mark founded LeanScaper, a community-first platform designed to accelerate business growth in the landscaping industry. LeanScaper provides structured programs, expert-backed resources, and software solutions — all built on the LeanScaper Operating System—to help businesses scale with clarity and confidence.
