Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities
Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (the Act) came into force in 2005 and sets out a clear goal and time frame to make Ontario accessible by 2025.

Ontario now has accessibility standards in five areas:
- Customer service
- Employment
- Information and communications
- Transportation
- Design of public spaces

The AODA compliance Wizard. This is a useful tool to determine what AODA requirements apply to you. After answering some simple close ended questions about your organization, the Wizard will produce a list of relevant requirements and due dates that its specific to your organization - Steps to Compliance workbook

- Developing Accessibility Policies (less than 50 employees)
- Filing an Accessibility Report
